Deposit Requirement

A 30% advance payment via credit card or bank transfer is mandatory at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.

Cancellation Terms

Standard Cancellation

Deposit is non-refundable

If a reservation is cancelled, the 30% deposit is kept entirely by the accommodation.

Exception: Travel Restrictions

Penalty-free cancellation

Guests can cancel without penalty if local regulations don't allow you to enter our region due to government-imposed travel restrictions.

Travel Insurance Option

We offer optional trip cancellation insurance through a third-party provider to protect your booking.

  • Coverage must be purchased simultaneously with the booking to be effective immediately
  • Otherwise, protection begins 10 days after purchase
  • Helps mitigate financial loss from unforeseen circumstances

We strongly recommend purchasing cancellation insurance at the time of booking.

Please include your booking reference number and the name on the reservation. We will confirm your cancellation in writing within 24 hours.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 14 business days of cancellation confirmation
  • Refunds are made to the original payment method
  • Bank transfer refunds may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear
  • Credit card refunds may take up to one billing cycle to appear on your statement

Exceptional Circumstances

In case of exceptional circumstances beyond your control (force majeure), such as:

  • Government travel restrictions
  • Natural disasters
  • Pandemic-related travel bans
  • Documented medical emergencies

We will work with you on a case-by-case basis to find a fair solution, which may include rebooking for alternative dates or a credit voucher.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that includes trip cancellation coverage. This can protect you against unforeseen circumstances that may require you to cancel or cut short your trip.
