A 30% advance payment via credit card or bank transfer is mandatory at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
Deposit is non-refundable
If a reservation is cancelled, the 30% deposit is kept entirely by the accommodation.
Penalty-free cancellation
Guests can cancel without penalty if local regulations don't allow you to enter our region due to government-imposed travel restrictions.
We offer optional trip cancellation insurance through a third-party provider to protect your booking.
We strongly recommend purchasing cancellation insurance at the time of booking.
