Booking & Arrival
Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. Please contact us in advance if you need flexibility.
We provide personal check-in service. Before your arrival, we'll send you detailed directions and contact information. Upon arrival, we'll meet you at the property, show you around the apartment, and answer any questions you have about the area.
Free cancellation is available up to 14 days before arrival. For cancellations within 14 days, a partial refund may be available depending on circumstances. Peak season (Christmas/New Year, Carnival) may have different terms. Please check your booking confirmation for specific details.
A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the balance due upon arrival. We accept bank transfer and major credit cards.
